For the initial couple weeks, start by applying a light spray to the soles of your feet just before bed to help your body adjust. After a couple of weeks, you can expand the application to include a few sprays onto your stomach , which is most effective for a restful, restorative and deep sleep as well as enhancing your overall magnesium levels. You can apply the Magnesium Spray to more sensitive areas (arms, legs, back, etc) once your body as adaptive to the magnesium.
Please note that you may experience tingling or an itchy sensation as you introduce the Magnesium Spray to your skin care routine. This senation is common and often indicates magnesium deficiency within the body, however it will go away with tie and exposure.
